The Farmhouse
Diligent Development is undertaking the renovation and restoration of the beautiful turn-of-the-century Middlebrook farmhouse located next to the Agrihood’s farm and community garden. Diligent envisions renting out the farmhouse for baby or wedding showers, private classes, unique dinner parties, club get-togethers, friends weekends, AirBnB, and much more. Currently, Fridays at the Farm takes place on the front porch of the Farmhouse.
Diligent is open to the possibility of leasing the Farmhouse for those interested in managing an events space, creating a farm-to-table restaurant concept, or other ideas that fit the space!
