To complement and grow on the agricultural theme at the Middlebrook Agrihood, Diligent Development created this one-of-a-kind park. The playscape features an agricultural-inspired playground, large open spaces, and a charming landscaping. The park offers an escape for all ages and abilities to explore, discover, and relax at their own leisure. Enjoy a playground scavenger hunt, slides, climbing structures, fun play tractors, swings for big kids, babies and inclusive needs, wooden mulch, a walking loop, benches, covered picnic pavilion, parking, and seasonally open bathrooms and a drinking fountain. Located on N. Brier Lane within Great Western Crossing.

Diligent Development worked with Cumming to creatively add the destination park by utilizing Tax Increment Financing. The company designed, built, financed, and managed the city park before turning over to the City of Cumming.
