The site is located on Interstate 35 with over 16,000 cars passing by the site daily. The adjacent casino has over one million visitors annually. Diligent is currently seeking a hotel developer, restaurant user, and tenants for a planned retail strip center. Due diligence is currently being conducted on the site to determine the feasibility of the development plan.
